Stargazer's Guide to Aroria
Project Overview
The Stargazer’s Guide to Aroria is a 250+ page campaign setting for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition that reimagines character creation through the lens of zodiac signs and celestial lore. Built around a fully developed astrology system, the book empowers players to create characters uniquely shaped by the stars above them.
This was a massive, multi-faceted project—and I had a hand in nearly every piece of it. I led creative direction from concept to launch, overseeing everything from visual design to campaign strategy. I handled the full book layout, designed the cover and collector's edition badge, and created original illustrations and animations to bring the world of Aroria to life.
In addition to the book itself, I directed all marketing efforts for the Kickstarter, managed the ad budget, and developed the video campaign—including storyboarding, scriptwriting, animation, and voiceover direction. This project was equal parts worldbuilding and world-shaping, and it pushed every part of my creative skillset.

Final Outcome
The Kickstarter campaign launched with a goal of $24,500 and reached $102,890 with support from 1,932 backers—419% funded! A cross-platform social media campaign using both video and static content helped drive visibility, reaching over 291,000 people and generating more than 5,700 link clicks.
