LSINC Print Processes
Project Overview
LSINC is a global leader in digital printing technology, and I was brought in to support the launch of their cutting-edge direct-to-bottle printer. This project involved creating custom 360° illustrations specifically designed for bottles with tapered and curved surfaces—an exciting challenge that required both creative precision and technical problem-solving.
In addition to the illustration work, I collaborated closely with LSINC’s engineering and production teams to develop print production processes from scratch. With no existing visual standards for this new technology, I established the file setup methods and workflow documentation that future LSINC designers—and their clients—would rely on for successful direct-to-object printing. I also designed a marketing flyer for use at trade shows to help introduce the printer and its capabilities to a wider audience.

Final Outcome
The final result was a visually striking series of full-wrap bottle designs that demonstrated the capabilities of LSINC’s revolutionary printer. Just as importantly, I created the foundational print production documentation that now guides both internal teams and external clients in preparing artwork for this unique printing system. This project not only showcased the visual potential of direct-to-object printing—it helped shape the future of how it’s done.
